What we build

Twelve kinds of vessel.

Each one is drawn for a particular river, a particular load and a particular owner. These pages describe what shapes each kind of boat — the figures that follow come from your route.

There is no standard model on any of these pages.

The figures on each page are indicative ranges — the envelope a vessel of that kind usually falls inside on an inland route. Yours will be decided by the channel she runs in, what she has to carry and how she is to be loaded.

Tell us those three things and the first drawing will be about your river.

Tell us what you need to carry, and where.

Send the outline — route, load, rough timeline. It reaches us on WhatsApp and we will come back with the next question.
