The process

Seven stages from first conversation to handover.

And then we stay with the vessel — survey, repair and refit for as long as she is in service.

  1. Consultation & Planning

    We start by understanding your vision, your route and how the vessel will earn its keep.

  2. Design & Engineering

    That vision becomes a detailed blueprint — hull form, structure, systems and layout.

  3. Material Selection

    You choose the materials, exterior and interior, against cost, durability and finish.

  4. Construction & Assembly

    Fabrication on the riverbank by our own craftsmen, with the equipment the job needs.

  5. Quality Assurance

    Testing and inspection against industry standards before anything touches water.

  6. Launch & Delivery

    We handle the logistics of launch and delivery, locally or overseas.

  7. Ongoing Support & Maintenance

    Regular check-ups, repairs and upgrades for as long as the vessel is in service.

Specifications come from the route, not from a catalogue.

Length, beam, draught, capacity, power and finish are all decided against where the vessel will run and what she has to carry. A ferry on a shallow channel and a cruise boat on open water are not the same boat with different paint.

So we do not publish standard models. Tell us the route and the load, and the first drawing will be about your river.
